RoadPeace become latest organisation to sign Essex Vision Zero Pledge

RoadPeace, the national charity for road crash victims, has become the latest organisation to sign the Essex Vision Zero Pledge.
Nick Simmons, CEO of the UK-wide charity, which supports people bereaved or seriously injured in road crashes, signed the pledge this week.
He said: “I’ve signed the Essex Vision Zero Pledge because RoadPeace supports many road crash victims and bereaved families whose lives have been torn apart by collisions on our roads. They didn’t think it would happen to them, but it did.”
As well as providing emotional support for crash victims through its befrienders, support groups and helpline, RoadPeace engages in evidence-based policy and campaigning work to fight for justice for victims and reduce road danger.
The RoadPeace vision is for a world where road danger is not tolerated and where road crash victims receive justice and compassion.
